我厂机械车间生产M16~30的槽形螺母时,切槽工序原先是在牛头刨床上借助于虎钳来进行的,每次装夹一个,每个槽形螺母须装夹、找正三次才能刨完,单件工时为4分钟,刨槽后槽口处的螺纹因受刨削时的挤压力而产生毛刺,必须用丝锥再套丝一次,去掉毛刺后才能使用.针对这一生产课题,设计并试制成功了一台槽形螺母铣槽自动分度夹具.一次装夹7个槽形螺母,不须找正,走刀三次就可将7个槽形螺母的槽全部铣好,消除了槽口产生毛刺的现象,节省了再用丝锥加工的时间,效率提高4倍.目前该夹具使用情况一直很好.现将该夹具的结构与工作过程简介如下,供大家参考.
