青岛啤酒公司表示:青岛啤酒早已在国内率先不在啤酒中添加甲醛。因为青岛啤酒是采用了两次发酵传统工艺进行生产的企业,整个酿造过程采用纯净化酿制,发酵周期长,工艺要求严格,啤酒稳定性强,无须添加甲醛。据介绍,青啤自上世纪50年代就开始大批量的出口,目前出口到世界50多个国家和地区,出口的啤酒都经过了包括美国等这些国家最严格的技术检测,完全符合这些国家严格的产品技术标准。
