当前,我国正进行着一场中国特色社会主义建设的伟大实践。新的形势与任务要求各级领导者运用科学的领导方法,正确地处理好社会与组织中的各种纷繁复杂的关系,富有成效地进行领导活动,以便更好地服务于人民群众。为此,新时期的领导者亟须研究和总结现代领导活动的规律,通过对领导活动中种种现象和问题的认识与透析,掌握这一活动的本质特点与内在联系,进而实现从领导活动的“必然王国”走向“自由王国”这一理性的飞跃。
At present, our country is carrying on the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The new situation and tasks require leaders at all levels to use scientific methods of leadership to correctly handle various complicated relationships in society and organizations and carry out leading activities productively in order to better serve the people. Therefore, it is imperative for the leaders in the new era to study and summarize the laws governing modern leadership activities. By understanding and analyzing the various phenomena and problems in leadership activities, we should grasp the essential characteristics and internal relations of this activity so as to achieve leadership from the leading “Necessary kingdom ” to “free kingdom ” this rational leap.
