我院自1989年9月～1995年1月收治经病理检查证实的睾丸内胚窦瘤6例,报告如下。临床资料:年龄1～3岁5例,4岁1例,平均2.2岁。左侧5例,右侧1例。病程最长1.5年,最短1个月,平均8.3个月。主要症状为患侧睾丸肿大,B超均提示阴囊增大,睾丸实质性占位性病变。甲胎球蛋白(AFP)检查阳性4例,阴性2例。病理报告提示睾丸内胚窦瘤,镜下见瘤细胞呈多边形,核大,深染呈网状,见 S-D 小体,边缘见少量受压的睾丸组织,被膜完整。3例在输精管内见转移的肿瘤细胞,无其他组织。治疗:5例行睾丸精索高位切除,1例 Our hospital since September 1989 ~ January 1995 admitted by pathological examination proved 6 cases of testicular endodermal sinus tumor, the report is as follows. Pathological report prompted testicular endodermal sinus tumor, see the tumor cells were polygons, nuclear, deep stained reticular, see S-D body, the edge of the see a small amount of pressure testicular tissue, capsule integrity. 3 cases of tumor cells in the vas deferens see metastasis, no other tissue. Treatment: 5 cases of high testicular spermatic resection, 1 case
