本文依据2005—2014年我国高技术产业十七个行业的面板数据,采用EXCEL数据处理软件以及STATA统计分析软件,实证检验了政府的补助对企业科研投入的影响。研究发现:(1)政府投入会促进企业加大科研投入;(2)政府投入对企业科研支出的影响具有滞后性;(3)政府补助产生的激励作用的长期影响会减轻甚至无影响。
Based on the panel data of 17 industries in China’s high-tech industry from 2005 to 2014, the paper uses EXCEL data processing software and STATA statistical analysis software to empirically test the impact of government subsidies on the investment in scientific research. The findings are as follows: (1) Government investment will promote enterprises to increase investment in scientific research; (2) The impact of government investment on enterprise research expenditure lags behind; (3) The long-term impact of government subsidy incentives will reduce or even no impact.
