本文提出了可变通道预燃室式柴油机工作过程计算的数理模型及计算方法,较合理地解决了燃烧过程问题。应用这一方法不仅可以分别求出主、副室压力、温度、气体成分及其他参数,而且可以从理论上分析燃烧室的结构参数对工作过程的影响,以便选取最佳设计方案。最后,以24W-200ZC柴油机为例,进行了部分计算,揭示出可变通道预燃室胜过普通预燃室的优越性,并初步探讨了通道主要结构参数对柴油机性能参数的影响。
This paper presents a mathematical model and calculation method for the calculation of working process of variable-channel pre-combustion chamber diesel engine, which solves the problem of combustion process reasonably. Applying this method can not only find out the pressure of main and sub-chamber, temperature, gas composition and other parameters respectively, but also theoretically analyze the influence of structural parameters of combustion chamber on working process in order to select the best design scheme. Finally, taking the 24W-200ZC diesel engine as an example, some calculations are made to reveal the superiority of the variable-channel pre-combustion chamber over the ordinary pre-combustion chamber and the primary influence of the main structural parameters of the channel on the performance parameters of the diesel engine.
