In this paper, the influence of permeability, frequency and fluid distribution on rock viscoelastic properties is studied. The viscoelastic response of rock to seismic waves depends on the movement of the pore fluid relative to the solid phase. Part of the fluid motion depends on the distribution of pore pressure caused by seismic waves. It reflects the relationship between the pore structure of the rock and the magnitude of saturation. We consider two types of jet flow induced by seismic waves: (1) local micro-flow of non-uniform saturation with minimum scale (single pore); (2) large-scale fluid saturation and macro-flow of dry block.
