目的 分析EnSite NavX三维标测系统指引下X线零曝光导管射频消融术治疗5例右侧显性旁道并发房室折返性性室上性心动过速的临床效果。方法 选取2014年10月—2016年7月襄阳市中心医院心内科收治的房室折返性性室上性心动过速患者5例,均经EnSite NavX三维标测系统电生理检查证实为右侧显性旁道,均在EnSite NavX三维标测系统指引下行X线零曝光导管射频消融术。结果 5例患者均成功实施X线零曝光导管射频消融术;手术时间为45~166 min;术后随访30~90 d,5例患者均未复发。结论 EnSite NavX三维标测系统指引下X线零曝光导管射频消融术治疗右侧显性旁道并发房室折返性性室上性心动过速的成功率高,可有效降低X线暴露风险。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation (RFLT) with radiofrequency catheter ablation under the guidance of EnSite NavX 3D mapping system in the treatment of 5 patients with right atrioventricular accessory pathway reentrant supraventricular tachycardia. Methods From October 2014 to July 2016, 5 cases of atrioventricular reentrant supraventricular tachycardia admitted to Department of Cardiology, Xiangyang Central Hospital were confirmed by EnSite NavX three-dimensional mapping system electrophysiological examination as the right side Sideways, are in the EnSite NavX three-dimensional mapping system under the guidance of the X-ray zero-exposure catheter radiofrequency ablation. Results All the 5 patients underwent radiofrequency ablation with zero-exposure X-ray. The operation time ranged from 45 to 166 min. All the patients were followed up for 30 to 90 days. No recurrence occurred in 5 patients. Conclusion Under the guidance of EnSite NavX three-dimensional mapping system, the radiofrequency ablation of zero-exposure X-ray catheter can effectively reduce the risk of X-ray exposure in the treatment of right sided overt paroxysmal atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia.
