肺耐药蛋白(LRP)是一种可引起肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)现象的蛋白,广泛存在于各种正常组织中,并在许多非Pgp机制的MDR肿瘤细胞中过度表达,阻滞作用于细胞核DNA的化疗药物通过核孔进入细胞核或将胞核内药物泵出核外,并通过囊泡转运和胞吐作用排出细胞外而引起肿瘤MDR。能介导对铂类、烷化剂等Pgp和多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)所不能介导药物的耐药。LRP与卵巢癌等多种肿瘤的临床化疗敏感性有关,在某些肿瘤可作为预测治疗预后的指标
