一是与科任老师沟通,倾听老师的意见。班主任在班级管理过程中始终要注意班级科任教师对本班管理的意见。班主任如能取得科任教师的支持与配合,开展工作定能取得较好的效果。一方面,班主任要经常地教育学生尊敬科任教师,听从科任教师的指导,树立科任教师的威信。另一方面,班主任要定期召开由全体科任教师参加的教研会与主题班会,并利用茶余饭后、课前课后,与科任教师交谈,在交谈的过程中,把学生对科任教师的赞誉与改进意见反馈给科任教师,同时,班主任还要以积极的姿态倾听科任教师对班风、学风建设的合理意见及个别学生的教育对策,并能很快地落实到班级管理的实践中去。只能这样,班主任与科任教师才能为了共同的目标,心往一处想,劲往一处使,形成合力,而避免相互埋怨。
