临汾市果树场地处晋南临汾盆地,土地平坦,年均温12.3℃,8、9月份月均温25℃左右,不利于苹果长期贮藏。为解决此问题,我场引进了“土窑洞加简易气调贮藏苹果技术”,因地制宜建造了砖(石旋)土窑洞18孔,在砖(石旋)土窑洞内进行了硅窗大帐堆藏苹果技术应用试验,以寻找适合当地气候特点的最佳气调指标,解决当地优良中晚熟苹果贮藏难的问题。试验用的帐架和活动硅窗规格,测调气体成分和温度的方法,均参照山西省果树所制定的技术要求进行。供试苹果均为本场生产。砖(石旋)土窑洞与山西省果树研究所建的土
