基于组织学习和知识转移的双重视角,利用由128家技术创业企业高层管理者填写的调查问卷,考察了组织学习和知识转移及其动态匹配机制对技术创业企业新产品开发绩效的驱动效应。采用因子分析法、路径分析法和结构方程模型对理论假设进行检验。实证结果显示:组织学习和知识转移同时提升了技术创业企业的过程创新绩效和产品创新绩效,组织学习对知识转移也有促进作用;过程创新对产品创新之间存在正向作用关系。最后,讨论了理论贡献、对技术创业企业新产品开发的实践价值、对创业政策制定的借鉴意义,以及今后的研究方向。
Based on the two perspectives of organizational learning and knowledge transfer, this paper investigates the driving effect of organizational learning and knowledge transfer and their dynamic matching mechanism on the performance of new product development in technology start-ups based on the questionnaire filled in by the top 128 managers. The theoretical assumptions are tested by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling. The empirical results show that organizational learning and knowledge transfer enhance the process innovation performance and product innovation performance of technology start-up enterprises at the same time. Organizational learning also promotes knowledge transfer. Process innovation plays a positive role in product innovation. Finally, it discusses the contribution of theory, the practical value of new product development in technology start-ups, the reference to the establishment of start-up policy, and the future research directions.
