浅谈铝合金热处理车间的节能管理

本文通过分析热处理车间电量产生的各个环节,为达到节能增效的目的,热处理生产管理模式创新从设备节能、提高员工节能意识、工艺优化、热处理工装夹具改进、现场的维护和管理以及科学安排生产等6个方面进行,不但保证了生产进度需求,提高了产品质量,降低了淬火报废率,同时极大地降低了能源消耗、延长了设备使用寿命,获得了很好的经济效益。 In this paper, by analyzing the various aspects of power plant heat production process, in order to achieve energy-saving efficiency, heat treatment production management innovation from the energy-saving equipment to improve employee awareness of energy conservation, process optimization, heat treatment fixture improvements, site maintenance and management and scientific production arrangements And other six aspects, not only to ensure the progress of production requirements, improve product quality and reduce the quenching scrap rate, while greatly reducing energy consumption, extending the service life of equipment, access to a very good economic returns.
