鼻衄患者２１９例，男１１６例，女１０３例，年龄４～７８岁；病因为外伤２９例，鼻中隔偏曲或毛细血管扩张８５例，慢性炎症８０例，高血压病１６例，鼻咽癌放疗后４例，血液病５例；出血部位为鼻中隔Ｌｉｔｔｌｅ氏区１９１例，下鼻甲前端８例，中鼻甲前端５例，鼻底部９
There were 219 patients with epistaxis, including 116 males and 103 females, aged 4 to 78 years. The causes were traumatic injury in 29 cases, nasal septum deviation or telangiectasia in 85 cases, chronic inflammation in 80 cases, hypertension in 16 cases, nasopharyngeal carcinoma 4 cases after radiotherapy and 5 cases of hematological disease. The bleeding site was 191 Lit Lit area of nasal septum, 8 cases of inferior turbinate, 5 cases of middle turbinate, 5 cases of nasal bottom
