1997年12月16日,广东省怀集县汇联水电企业集团有限公司与香港中华电力投资有限公司在广州签署了一项合作建设和经营怀集县水力发电站(厂)的合同。该项目包括共同建设7.5万kW的白水河梯级电站和共同经营该县已建成投产的4万kW电站(厂),合作投资额为10亿元,合作期为30年。
On December 16, 1997, Huiji Hydropower Group Co., Ltd. of Huaiji County of Guangdong Province and Hong Kong China Lights Power Investment Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the construction and operation of a hydropower station (plant) in Huaiji County in Guangzhou. The project includes the joint construction of 75,000 kW Baishuihe cascade power station and the joint operation of the 40,000 kW power plant (plant) that has been completed and put into operation in the county, with a cooperative investment of 1 billion yuan and a cooperation period of 30 years.
