使用Creo/Parametric建模软件完成了一种四箱柱三梁结构液压支架试验台的设计,介绍了试验台主要部件底座、活动梁及立柱的设计要点。考虑了液压支架在顶梁偏载、顶梁扭转和对角加载3种加载方式,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对试验台进行有限元分析,得到3种加载方式下的应力和应变分布情况,并根据分析结果对模型结构进行优化。
The design of a four-column and three-beam hydraulic support test stand was completed using Creo / Parametric modeling software. The design essentials of the main components of the test stand, moving beams and columns were introduced. Considering the partial load of top beam, top beam torsion and diagonal loading, three kinds of loading modes of hydraulic support were considered. The finite element analysis of test rig was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software. The stress and strain distribution under three loading modes were obtained. According to the analysis Results The model structure is optimized.
