目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核的护理体会。方法选择我院收治的75例慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核老年病人作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组两组,对照组实施普通护理,实验组在对照组普通护理的基础上进行综合护理。结果分析比较两组病人在经增强治疗过程的护理、生活质量、肺功能情况与焦虑抑郁等指标,发现有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论让老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核患者接受综合护理,能够显著改善病人的肺功能,提高病人生活质量,帮助病人早日恢复健康。 Objective To explore the nursing experience of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, and the control group received general nursing. The experimental group in the control group was normal Nursing on the basis of comprehensive care. Results Analysis of two groups of patients in the enhanced treatment of care, quality of life, lung function and anxiety and depression and other indicators, found significant differences (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Comprehensive elderly care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve patient’s lung function, improve patient’s quality of life, and help patients recover as soon as possible.
