为了控制异型钢材的成形尺寸,要求在线检测型材尺寸。轧制过程中,钢材高速运动,且出现随机振摆和扭动,只能用非接触法进行测量。采用光学测量方法是一种较好的方法。本文主要讨论从光截面提取型材截面尺寸的一种算法。这种算法以直线拟和算法为基础,具有算法简单、精度较高的优点。
In order to control the forming dimensions of profiled steel, it is required to check the profile size online. During the rolling process, the steel is moving at a high speed and appears randomly oscillating and twisting, which can only be measured by the non-contact method. Using optical measurement method is a better method. In this paper, an algorithm to extract the section size of a profile from a light section is discussed. This algorithm is based on a straight-line algorithm and has the advantages of simple algorithm and high accuracy.
