介绍了用于测量星光装置激光远场空间分布的高衰减倍率的光强衰减与成像系统。它是高功率激光远场实时监测系统的重要组成部分。衰减器衰减倍数可以在10-2~10-12间变化,衰减成像系统在给定条件下引入的附加波像差被控制在2倍衍射极限之内,总的波像差小于2λ/3。 The intensity attenuation and imaging system used to measure the high attenuation magnification of laser far-field spatial distribution in starlight system is introduced. It is an important part of high-power laser far-field real-time monitoring system. The attenuator attenuation factor can vary from 10-2 to 10-12. The additional wave aberration introduced by the attenuation imaging system under given conditions is controlled within 2X diffraction limit, and the total wave aberration is less than 2λ / 3.
