探索中西医结合治疗原发性高血压的方法 ,将 50例患者随机分为两组 ,分别用平肝降压汤和尼群地平片 (治疗组 )与卡托普利片和尼群地平片 (对照组 )治疗 ,观察两组患者血压控制的水平及心、脑、肾的功能情况。结果 :两组血压控制率均为 1 0 0 % ,且均未发现心、脑、肾功能减退 ,但对照组部分患者出现咳嗽等不良反应。结论 :平肝降压汤有降压的作用且无不良反应。
To explore the treatment of essential hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, with Pinggan antihypertensive soup and nitrendipine (treatment group) and captopril tablets and nitrendipine tablets (Control group), the level of blood pressure control and the function of heart, brain and kidney in two groups were observed. Results: The control rates of blood pressure in both groups were 100%, and no cardiac, cerebral or renal dysfunction was found. However, some patients in the control group developed adverse reactions such as coughing. Conclusion: Pinggan antihypertensive Decoction has antihypertensive effect and no adverse reactions.
