我厂过去用于铝块成型的冷挤模,其主体结构(阴模、阳模)均系用高铬工具钢 Cr12MOV材料制造。在使用过程中,阴模型腔磨损很快,致使 R 处产生裂纹,底部下沉(见图),寿命极短,一套模子只能生产工件500件左右就报废了。为提高该模具使用寿命,分剧对结构设计、模具材料、热处理规范等多方面逐一地进行了改进和试验工作,其寿命均无显著提高。
My factory used in the past for aluminum extrusion cold extrusion die, the main structure (negative, Yang) are made of high-chromium tool steel Cr12MOV material. During use, the cavity of the female mold is worn out rapidly, resulting in cracks at R and sinking at the bottom (see figure). The life of the mold is very short. A set of molds can only scrap 500 pieces of the workpiece. In order to improve the service life of the mold, the drastic improvement and testing work on the structural design, mold material, heat treatment specifications and others are carried out one by one without any significant increase in the service life.
