分离和鉴定人类遗传病的致病基因是人类基因组计划的一个重要目标。由于克隆基因工作的复杂性和艰巨性,迄今为止只克隆到26种遗传病的致病基因。本文分类综述了克隆基因的几种策略,并对它们的优点和局限性进行了讨论。
Isolating and identifying the causative genes of human genetic diseases is an important goal of the human genome project. Due to the complexity and arduousness of the work of cloning genes, so far only pathogenic genes of 26 genetic diseases have been cloned. This article reviews several strategies for cloning genes and discusses their advantages and limitations.
