模拟制备5种主要炮制品,采用气相色谱法,测定了3种成分的含量,结果表明雷公制品中有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量是现代盐炙品的3~4倍,有毒成分补骨脂酚含量有下降的趋势,由此为炮制工艺的改进提供了依据。
The five major artefacts were simulated and prepared. The contents of the three components were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Leigong products was 3 to 4 times that of modern salted products. The toxic component bakuchiol has a decreasing trend, which provides a basis for the improvement of the processing technology.
