农业是国民经济的基础。今后十年是我国农业发展的关键时期,在这十年之中,我国农业不仅要恢复和加强发展基础设施,增强农业生产后劲,提高农业综合生产能力,满足不断增长的对农产品的需求,还要为下个世纪逐步实现农业现代化打下基础。发展农业一靠政策,二靠科技,三靠投入。农业信贷是实现国家农业政策的重要手段,是增加农业投入的重要渠道,对农业实施保护性信贷政策,是促进我国农业稳定发展的重要措施之一。
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. In the next ten years, it will be a crucial period for the development of agriculture in our country.
