目的:分析肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)和心肌酶谱的检测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病时(HIE)的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析62例HIE患儿的cTnI和心肌酶谱检测数值,并与65例正常新生儿的检测数值做比较分析。结果:HIE各组血清cT-nI、心肌酶谱测定结果与正常新生儿比较差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01),谷草转氨酶(AST)敏感性不高,CTNI的敏感度和特异度高于心肌酶谱。结论:HIE患儿血清cTnI、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和肌酸激酶(CK)明显高于对照组,表明HIE患儿存在心肌损伤,CTn-I和CK-MB、CK(尤其是CTn-I)对HIE的治疗及预后的判断有着重要的指导意义。
PURPOSE: To analyze the value of cTnI and myocardial enzymes in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: The cTnI and myocardial enzymes of 62 children with HIE were retrospectively analyzed, and compared with 65 normal neonates. Results: The serum levels of cT-nI and myocardial enzymes in HIE groups were significantly different from those in normal newborns (P <0.01), while the levels of AST were not high, and the sensitivity and specificity of CTNI were high In myocardial enzymes. Conclusions: Serum levels of cTnI, CK-MB and CK were significantly higher in children with HIE than those in control group, indicating that myocardial injury, CTn-I and CK-MB, CK ( Especially CTn-I) has an important guiding significance for the treatment and prognosis of HIE.
