目的:研究芒齿小檗的生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用离子交换树脂、硅胶柱色谱、离心薄层色谱等方法分离纯化其生物碱类成分,采用与化学对照品的薄层色谱对照和波谱分析的方法确定其化学结构。结果:从芒齿小檗得到3个化合物,经鉴定分别为:盐酸小檗碱(Ⅰ)、盐酸巴马汀(Ⅱ)、盐酸药根碱(Ⅲ)。结论:以上3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids from barberry Berberis. Methods: The alkaloids were isolated and purified by ion exchange resin, silica gel column chromatography and centrifugal thin layer chromatography. The chemical structures were determined by TLC and spectral analysis with chemical reference materials. Results: Three compounds were obtained from barberry Berberis. The compounds were identified as berberine hydrochloride (Ⅰ), palmatine hydrochloride (Ⅱ) and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride (Ⅲ). Conclusion: The above three compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
