人力资源战略在企业实施过程中必须服从企业发展战略,企业发展战略形成的实际中也必须积极考虑人力资源因素,二者只有达到相互一致、相互匹配,才能促进企业全面、协调、可持续发展。
Human resource strategy must obey the enterprise development strategy in the process of enterprise implementation, and human resource factors must be actively considered in the formation of enterprise development strategy.
