目的:探讨驱白巴布期胶囊对慢性应激导致的SD大鼠抑郁模型的作用。方法:通过旷场试验筛选合格SD大鼠60只,分为正常对照组、模型组、氟西汀组、驱白巴布期胶囊低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。正常对照组动物群养,正常饲养;造模动物孤养,接受不同的应激刺激3周。模型建立成功后,采用相应药物灌胃治疗9 d,采血,取血清,用ELISA试剂盒测4种神经肽的含量。结果:经过3周刺激后,与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠的体质量及旷场试验动物活动次数明显降低,灌服药物后,中剂量组恢复效果较好。结论:中剂量组对精神刺激引起的大鼠抑郁有一定的调节作用,为驱白巴布期胶囊疗效的进一步研究做了铺垫作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of flooding Babu capsule on the depression model induced by chronic stress in SD rats. Methods: Sixty eligible SD rats were screened by open-field test. They were divided into normal control group, model group, fluoxetine group and low and medium and high dose of floxapin capsules, with 10 rats in each group. The normal control group of animal husbandry, normal breeding; modeling animals isolated, to accept different stress stimulation for 3 weeks. After successful establishment of the model, the rats were gavaged with the corresponding drugs for 9 days, and blood was collected and the serum contents of the four neuropeptides were measured by ELISA kit. Results: After 3 weeks of stimulation, compared with the normal control group, the body weight of rats in the model group and the number of open-field test animals decreased significantly. After the medication was given, the recovery effect of the middle-dose group was better. Conclusion: The middle-dose group has a certain regulatory effect on the depression caused by mental stimulation in rats, which paved the way for further research on the curative effect.
