针对深冷装置存在分子筛运行工况不好的问题,开展调研掌握了各套深冷装置分子筛系统的运行现状,又分析了影响分子筛脱水效果的因素,然后在装置实施现场试验。应用变气量再生技术提高了分子筛的再生温度,并调整分子筛的运行周期由原设计的8小时提高至12小时,调整后原料气露点能达到要求,分子筛运行工况良好,装置制冷深度提高,年增产轻烃约320吨。
In order to solve the problem that the cryogenic plant has poor operating conditions, a survey was conducted to investigate the operation status of each cryogenic plant molecular sieve system, and the factors influencing the dehydration performance of the molecular sieve were analyzed. Field tests were carried out in the plant. The application of variable gas regeneration technology improves the regeneration temperature of molecular sieve and adjusts the operation period of molecular sieve from 8 hours to 12 hours. The adjusted dew point of raw material gas can meet the requirements. The molecular sieve operating condition is good, the refrigeration depth of the device is increased, Approximately 320 tons of light hydrocarbon will be increased.
