喘通为我院生产的抗喘药物。吸收系数是基本物理常数。国外文献对吸收系数有收载。本文测定了我院生产的喘通游离胺及盐酸喘通的紫外吸收系数。测定结果喘通吸收系数:无永乙醇中 E_(1cm)~(1%)272.5nm=6.86,E_(1cm)~(1%)265.2nm=9.71。盐酸喘通吸收系数:水中E_(1nm)~(1%)262.5nm=8.09,E_(1cm)~(1%)265.2nm=8.13。国外文献收载盐酸喘通吸收系数:水中E_(1cm)~(1%)267nm=8,0.1NNaOH 中 E_(1cm)~(1%)265nm=8,0.1NHC1 E_(1cm)~(1%)265nm=8。结果表明,我院生产盐酸喘通与国外相比吸收系数基本一致。本文特点是按着卫生部药典委员会关于新版药典中新品种吸收系数测定的有关规定,准确地测定了我院生产的喘通游离碱和盐酸喘通的紫外吸收光谱及吸收系数,提供了作为定性的一项重要物理常数。
