企业文化是企业生存发展的重要基础,在构建企业文化的过程中,一定要坚持以人为本,重视企业文化环境与氛围的创建。以人为本的企业文化是衡量企业核心竞争力的中要标准之一。只有员工对于企业有一致的认同感与归属感,在今后的工作中,员工内部就会协调一致,不断提高工作效率,最大限度地激发员工的创新能力,实现企业的长足发展与进步,可见企业文化对于企业的发展至关重要。文章主要研究的是以人为本的企业文化的价值生态与企业文化的构建。
Corporate culture is an important foundation for the survival and development of enterprises.
