以‘AAFKE’‘Eskimo Chief’等5个郁金香品种为试材,研究了冷藏对其生物学性状及F_1种子萌发的影响。结果表明:增加冷藏时间可以有效推迟郁金香花期,冷藏时间每增加2周,盛花期就会相应的推迟10d,生育周期也缩短。但冷藏时间对植株的生物学性状、杂交结实率、F_1代种子萌发率影响不大。杂交结实率与品种倍性有关,郁金香二倍体与二倍体的杂交结实率高于二倍体与三倍体的杂交结实率。
Five tulip cultivars, ’AAFKE’’Eskimo Chief’, were used as materials to study the effects of cold storage on their biological characteristics and F_1 seed germination. The results showed that the increase of refrigerating time could effectively delay the flowering period of tulip. When the refrigerating time increased by two weeks, the flowering period would be postponed for 10 days and the growth period shortened. However, the cold storage time had little effect on the biological characters of the plants, the seed setting rate of hybridization, and the seed germination rate of F1 generation. The seed setting rate of hybrids was related to the ploidy of hybrids. The seed setting rate of diploid and diploid hybrids was higher than that of diploid and triploid hybrids.
