本文通过在S弯管道进口段安装水平导流叶片,引主流气流吹除进口分离,有效地抑制了出口旋流和流场压力畸变,使总压恢复提高。其抑制效果与叶片的安装角、安装位置及叶片宽度等参数有关。文中还探讨了安装多块导流叶片时的旋流抑制效果。给果表明安装三块导流叶片可进一步降低族流,减小流场压力畸变,并可以彻底消除单涡旋流,且有总压恢复提高。
In this paper, horizontal guide vanes are installed in the inlet section of S-bend pipe to separate the inlet and outlet of the mainstream airflow and effectively suppress the pressure fluctuations at the outlet swirl and the flow field so as to increase the total pressure recovery. The inhibitory effect is related to the installation angle of the blade, the installation position and the width of the blade. The article also discusses the installation of multi-guide vortex flow suppression effect. The results show that the installation of three guide vanes can further reduce the family flow, reduce the flow field pressure distortion, and can completely eliminate the single vortex, and the total pressure recovery increased.
