背景:红枣中含一定量的环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷,对高血压、糖尿病、癌症、心源性休克等有一定疗效。而红枣对血脂影响的报道结果较少。目的:探讨红枣汁对小鼠身体机能和血脂水平的影响。设计:以实验动物为研究对象,完全随机分组设计。单位:一所大学的生命科学与技术学院生物工程系,一所大学医院的内分泌科。材料:实验于2003-03/05在西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院生物工程系完成,选择清洁级ICR种小鼠,体质量20~24g.陕西省中医药研究院提供犤陕医动(字)08-004犦。红枣汁:陕北木枣,经挑选、洗涤、热处理、适度破碎,加入10倍水、质量分数为0.70%果胶酶,于50℃下恒温浸泡6h,过滤,滤液浓缩至可溶性固形物含量为16%,杀菌备用。取48只小鼠,雌雄各24只,按体质量随机分4组,各12只,包括正常对照组,正常给枣汁组,模型对照组,模型给枣汁组。方法:正常对照组饲以基础饲料、24h给水;正常给枣汁组饲以基础饲料、12h给水、12h给枣汁;模型对照组饲以高脂饲料、24h给水;模型给枣汁组饲以高脂饲料、12h给水、12h给枣汁。测定红枣汁喂养30d后小鼠的体质量变化、胸腺、脾脏指数,用高脂饲料造成小鼠高脂模型,测定血脂指标。主要观察指标:小鼠食物功效、胸腺指数、脾指数,小鼠生长指标。结果:给枣汁组食物功效、胸腺指数、脾?
