红枣汁对小鼠血脂水平和身体机能的影响(英文)

背景:红枣中含一定量的环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷,对高血压、糖尿病、癌症、心源性休克等有一定疗效。而红枣对血脂影响的报道结果较少。目的:探讨红枣汁对小鼠身体机能和血脂水平的影响。设计:以实验动物为研究对象,完全随机分组设计。单位:一所大学的生命科学与技术学院生物工程系,一所大学医院的内分泌科。材料:实验于2003-03/05在西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院生物工程系完成,选择清洁级ICR种小鼠,体质量20~24g.陕西省中医药研究院提供犤陕医动(字)08-004犦。红枣汁:陕北木枣,经挑选、洗涤、热处理、适度破碎,加入10倍水、质量分数为0.70%果胶酶,于50℃下恒温浸泡6h,过滤,滤液浓缩至可溶性固形物含量为16%,杀菌备用。取48只小鼠,雌雄各24只,按体质量随机分4组,各12只,包括正常对照组,正常给枣汁组,模型对照组,模型给枣汁组。方法:正常对照组饲以基础饲料、24h给水;正常给枣汁组饲以基础饲料、12h给水、12h给枣汁;模型对照组饲以高脂饲料、24h给水;模型给枣汁组饲以高脂饲料、12h给水、12h给枣汁。测定红枣汁喂养30d后小鼠的体质量变化、胸腺、脾脏指数,用高脂饲料造成小鼠高脂模型,测定血脂指标。主要观察指标:小鼠食物功效、胸腺指数、脾指数,小鼠生长指标。结果:给枣汁组食物功效、胸腺指数、脾? Jujube juice: jujube, selected, washing, heat treatment, moderately broken, adding 10 times the water, the mass fraction of 0.70% pectinase, soaked at 50 ° C for 6h, filtered and the filtrate was concentrated to a soluble solids content of 16%, bactericidal spare. Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into four groups, each of which was divided into four groups according to their body weight. Methods: The normal control group was fed with basal diet and water was given for 24 hours. The normal jujube juice group was fed with basal diet, 12 h water and 12 h jujube juice. The body weight, the thymus and spleen index of the mice after the jujube juice was fed for 30 days were measured. The high fat diet was used to induce the mice hyperlipidemia.
