大千世界,人各有志,不能勉强。因此,劝服对方放弃已有打算或见解,就实在是件很难奏效的事情。难办,是其本源。尤其是当对方的地位身份远优于你,或对方对某事的固执己见时,让对方按你的建议“改道异辙”,就更非易事。
The world, people aspiring, can not be forced. Therefore, persuading others to give up their existing plans or opinions is a very difficult thing to do. Difficult, is its origin. Especially when the identity status of the other side is far superior to you, or the other side is stubborn about something, it is even harder for them to “change their ways” according to your suggestions.
