于1977年我们已研制成功一台GDS-I型电火花烧结机。电火花烧结是热压的一种特殊技术,它包括压制和烧结两工艺同时进行,它是一个在极短时间内制取高密度金属、合金和某些其他部件与坯料的粉末冶金新工艺。部件的物理和机械性能由原始粉末与电流、电压、压力和时间等工艺参数所控制。工艺中所使用的AC-DC电源和压制压力可使相邻粉末颗粒之间产生火花放电。我们这台装置的最大输出功率是200kVA,压机容量是40吨。
In 1977 we have successfully developed a GDS-I EDM sintering machine. EDM sintering is a special technology of hot pressing, which includes both pressing and sintering processes. It is a new powder metallurgy process for producing high density metals, alloys and some other components and blanks in a very short period of time. The physical and mechanical properties of the part are governed by raw powder and process parameters such as current, voltage, pressure and time. AC-DC power and compression pressures used in the process can cause spark discharges between adjacent powder particles. Our unit has a maximum output of 200kVA and a press capacity of 40 tons.
