为快速高效地鉴定砧用南瓜‘黄诚根2号’杂交种的真实性,提高种子质量,本研究运用SSR分子标记技术对砧用南瓜‘黄诚根2号’杂交种进行分子鉴定。数据显示,在39对供选SSR引物中,筛选出1对NG32引物在父本‘XR’扩增出123 bp的条带;母本‘S4236’扩增出89 bp的条带,与‘黄诚根2号’杂交种中扩增出两条带的序列相符。‘黄诚根2号’杂交种和其双亲之间表现为稳定的共显性,杂交种带型为亲本的互补带型,适于鉴定砧用南瓜‘黄诚根2号’杂交种的纯度,并为其生产应用提供了一定的理论参考依据。
In order to identify the authenticity of pumpkin ’Huangchenggen No.2’ quickly and efficiently and improve the quality of seeds, SSR molecular markers were used to identify the hybrids of ’Huangchenggen No.2’. The data showed that in 39 pairs of selected SSR primers, one pair of NG32 primers was selected to amplify a 123 bp band in the male parent ’XR’; the female parent ’S4236’ amplified a 89 bp band, No. 2 hybrids amplified two bands in line with the sequence. ’Huang Chenggen 2’ hybrids and their parents showed a stable co-dominant between hybrids with the parental complementary bands, suitable for identification of anvil with pumpkin ’Huang Chenggen No. 2’ hybrid purity and its Production and application provides a certain theoretical reference.
