2005年11月20日至24日,第十三届海峡两岸及香港、澳门地区职业安全健康学术研讨会在台湾新竹市举行,来自两岸四地的100多位职业安全健康方面的专家、学者以及企业的管理人员,就安全管理的法制建设、现代管理手段、新技术运用、重大危险源控制、事故预防以及应急措施、员工培训、安全文化建设、作业场所安全环境改善等话题进行了广泛而深入的研讨。期间,与会人员实地考察了台湾工业技术研究院环境与安全卫生技术发展中心,以及防灾应急技术研究室。通过研讨和考察,了解到台湾职业安全卫生现状,其中一些经验和教训值得我们学习和汲取。
