1 临床资料 患者,男,38岁,某部飞行员,飞行时间960h。于1995年6月4日来院健康疗养。人院大体检无异常,飞行合格,甲类身体。1995年6月15日参加篮球比赛时,在抢球当中左腰部被他人撞击,当即感到左腰部疼痛,活动受限,双下肢活动正常,同时中下腹部呈持续性疼痛,并阵发性加剧,无恶心、呕吐。查体:一般情况好,痛苦病容,腹平软,中下腹压痛明显,无反跳痛,无移动性
