肝脏同时参与糖和脂类的合成、分解和代谢,当肝功能受损时可能发生脂类物质代谢的异常,从而导致血脂水平发生改变。肝硬化是由各种不同病因长期作用于肝脏,引起慢性、弥漫性、进行性的肝脏疾病的终末阶段。研究发现,肝硬化病情的严重程度与血脂水平变化密切相关~([1])。目前临床以Child-Pugh分级作为肝硬化患者的肝功能分级标准,但关于肝硬化分级与血脂检测水平关系的报道较少。选取作者医院肝硬化
