知识的建构过程并不是单纯的由教师传授给学生的,而是学习者在一定的情境背景下,利用必要的学习资料,通过积极主动建构的方式而获得,其最大的特点就是建构的过程应是知识的处理、转换的过程;而职业教育注重社会发展需求,它不是单纯的简单操作活动教育,它更关注工作过程实现的程序行动,并使之与学习领域、教学活动过程重新建构,是工作活动系统化的设计,带有技术的提升与应用知识的升华。本文根据职业技术教育的特点从建构的思路、建构的内容、工作任务的选取及实施方面论述了基于工作过程系统化的校内实训课程的建构要求,说明建构基于工作过程系统化的校内实训课程,保证学习者有实践的机会,是实现课程目标、满足现代职业社会需求的有效途径。
