腐植酸作为药用,在治疗人体疾病方面取得的疗效,正引起人们广泛的重视。临床上应用腐植酸治疗的病种,多数为炎症性疾病。国外报导,用主要成分为腐植酸的泥炭作泥炭浴或泥炭制剂治疗风湿病、妇科病、皮肤病、支气管哮喘等。近年来,关于腐植酸的临床应用,国内也有报导。我们从北京风化煤提取的黄腐酸,已试验证明对单核巨噬细胞系统具有激活作用,本文从抗炎角度研究北京风化煤腐植酸的药理作用及其在医药中应用的可能性。
