非学历教育是整个电大教育不可分割的重要组成部分,是电大必须长期担负的一项基本任务。 1986年以来,中央电大与有关部门联合开办了一些不同层次的非学历教育项目,如“现代工程师继续教育”、“电气工程新技术继续教育”和“会计师专业证书教育”、“审计师专业证书教育”等。地方电大除了组织实施中央电大开设的非学历教育项目外,部分省级电大和分校、工作站,还根据本地需要,举办了一些岗位培训和实用技术培训,取得了一定的成绩和经验。但是,总的看来,整个电大系统非学历教育发展极不平衡,至今尚未形成覆盖面广、批量大、效益高的规模和格局,还有许多问题需要深入
Non-academic education is an integral part of the education of the entire RTVU. It is a basic task TVU must take on a long-term basis. Since 1986, the Central Radio and TV University has jointly organized some non-degree education programs with relevant departments such as “Modern Engineer Continuing Education”, “Continuing Education for New Electrical Engineering” and “Professional Certificate Education for Accountants”, “Auditor Professional Certificate Education ”and so on. In addition to organizing the implementation of non-academic education programs offered by the Central Radio and TV University, local RTVU also held some post trainings and practical technical trainings according to local needs, and some achievements and experiences have been obtained. However, in general, the development of non-diploma education system in the TVU is extremely unbalanced. So far there has not yet formed a large-scale, large-scale and high-efficiency scale and pattern, and many problems need further study
