近年来,树木的枝接已开始采用套塑料薄膜袋的方法,使传统的枝接方法有了明显的改进。枝接采用套袋以后,使接口、接穗同处袋内,水份散失减缓,提高了袋内的湿度、温度,有利于愈合组织的形成与生长,并能加速砧木与接穗的连通,而且接口部位愈合好,新梢生长快,能显著地提高嫁接成活率。套袋接适宜多种林木和果树,适用于各种粗细不同的砧木。笔者曾用套袋法嫁接过杨、柳、榆、槐和桃、杏、李、苹果、梨等,都获得了很高的成活率,比传统的枝接成活率提高20~30%。一、嫁接方法。一般粗度在0.5~2.0厘米的钻木采用劈接方法,粗度在2.0厘米以上的砧木采用插皮接法。
