以“河北香菊”为试材,研究了不同生育时期香菊营养器官活性成分积累的规律。结果表明:在香菊生长发育过程中,主茎和叶片中的绿原酸含量变化趋势相近;分枝中的绿原酸含量随生育期的进行呈不断增加的趋势;香菊各营养器官中绿原酸含量由高到低依次为主茎>分枝>叶片;总黄酮含量为叶片>分枝>主茎;香菊叶片中挥发油的含量随生育进程的推进不断增加。香菊营养器官均有一定量的活性成分积累,为其相关产品的开发研究提供了理论依据。
With “Hebei Xiangju” as test material, the law of accumulation of active ingredients in sweet chrysanthemum vegetative organs at different growth stages was studied. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in the main stem and leaves was similar during the growth and development of the chrysanthemum; the content of chlorogenic acid in the branches increased with the growing period; The content of chlorogenic acid from high to low was main stem> branch> leaf; the content of total flavonoids was leaf> branch> main stem; the content of volatile oil in the leaf of Centella asiatica increased with the progress of growth. Fragrant chrysanthemum vegetative organs have a certain amount of active ingredient accumulation, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of related products.
