在满足传动可靠性的条件下,针对航空弧齿锥齿轮传动要求最大限度地减少体积、减轻重量的问题,提出了可行域内目标曲线逼近的优化方法,建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动可靠性优化设计的数学模型;并采用Matlab软件编程的方法,开发了一套弧齿锥齿轮传动可靠性优化系统,对于提高可靠性设计的效率和优化都有较好结果。在此基础上,以一对航空弧齿锥齿轮为例进行了可靠性优化。结果表明,利用该系统得到了离散最优解,实现了航空弧齿锥齿轮传动体积最小化。
Under the condition of meeting the transmission reliability, aiming at the problem that the aerospace bevel gear drive needs to minimize the volume and reduce the weight, an optimization method of approaching the target curve in the feasible region is proposed, and the optimal design of the reliability of the bevel gear drive is established The mathematic model of the spiral bevel gear transmission was developed by using Matlab software programming method. The design of the spiral bevel gear drive reliability optimization system has good results. On this basis, a pair of aerospace bevel gears is taken as an example to optimize the reliability. The results show that the discrete optimal solution is obtained by using the system, and the volume of aerospace bevel gear transmission is minimized.
