生命表方法用来评价各种宫内节育器的避孕效果,已为人们所熟知,但生命表法仅反映的是避孕方法的有效性方面。本文试图通过多种因素如安全性、有效性和可接受性等,运用模糊数学方法综合评判不同年龄组的避孕效果。结果表明:TCu200c组35岁以下的避孕效果优于35岁以上组,而TCu220c、宫形器和磁硅器的避孕效果均为35岁以上者优于35岁以下者。
The life-table method used to evaluate the contraceptive effects of various intrauterine devices is well-known, but the life-table method only reflects the effectiveness of contraceptive methods. This article attempts to comprehensively evaluate the contraceptive effect of different age groups by using fuzzy mathematics methods through various factors such as safety, effectiveness and acceptability. The results showed that: TCu200c group under the age of 35 contraceptive effect is better than the 35-year-old group, and TCu220c, Palace-shaped and magnetic silicon contraceptive effect are more than 35 years old is better than 35 years old.
