一、业务概述:语音短信业务是指用户将自己想说的话语录制成语音短信息或选择系统提供的语音信息发送给一个或多个本地号码(含固定电话、小灵通、手机);系统自动向被叫方发起语音呼叫,被叫方在接听电话后,即可收听语音短信。
