探讨弥散加权成像(DWI)联合氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)对脑胶质瘤分级的价值。经DWI、磁共振波谱(MRS)检查及组织病理学证实的低级胶质瘤12例、高级胶质瘤17例;检测肿瘤实质强化部分的表观弥散系数(ADC)值,Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA比值和细胞密度。高、低级别胶质瘤间的Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA、对应部位的ADC值及肿瘤细胞密度分别有显著性差异;肿瘤细胞密度与ADC值呈负相关关系;ADC值与Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA存在负相关关系,且与Cho/Cr存在显著负相关关系。DWI联合1H-MRS评价脑胶质瘤分级能提供更多有价值的信息。
To investigate the value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) in the grading of gliomas. 12 cases of low-grade glioma and 17 cases of high-grade glioma confirmed by DWI, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) examination and histopathology; detection of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value of tumor augmented part, Cho/Cr, Cho /NAA ratio and cell density. There were significant differences in Cho/Cr, Cho/NAA, ADC values of corresponding sites, and tumor cell densities between high and low grade gliomas, respectively; there was a negative correlation between tumor cell density and ADC values; ADC values and Cho/Cr, There is a negative correlation between Cho/NAA and a significant negative correlation with Cho/Cr. DWI combined with 1H-MRS assessment of glioma grade can provide more valuable information.
