近些年来癌症发病率不断攀升,引起了人们的普遍关注。由于传统诊疗方法存在弊端,因此开发新型的针对肿瘤组织的多功能的纳米颗粒(如金纳米颗粒、脂质体、聚合物、DNA等)药物输送系统越来越重要。基于生物体的EPR效应或经过表面修饰功能化后,纳米颗粒输送系统可被动或主动靶向到达肿瘤组织,并通过控制温度、pH、超声、光以及酶等激发条件在肿瘤区域实现可控释放。本文简单介绍了肿瘤治疗中常用的具有靶向性、可控释放的纳米颗粒载药系统,系统地描述了纳米颗粒在药物输送系统的最新研究进展,并对今后的发展方向作了展望。
The rising incidence of cancer in recent years has aroused widespread concern. Due to the drawbacks of the traditional methods of diagnosis and treatment, it is more and more important to develop novel drug delivery systems for multi-functional nano-particles of tumor tissue such as gold nanoparticles, liposomes, polymers, DNA and the like. Based on the organism’s EPR effect or functionalized with surface modification, the nanoparticle delivery system can passively or actively target the tumor tissue and achieve controlled release in the tumor area by controlling the excitation conditions of temperature, pH, ultrasound, light, and enzyme . This article briefly introduces the commonly used targeted and controlled release drug delivery systems in cancer therapy. It systematically describes the latest research progress of nanoparticles in drug delivery systems and looks forward to the future development.
